Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with ChartGlow Premium within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

Exceptions:

  • Refunds are not available for renewal charges if you failed to cancel before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are not available if we detect abuse of our service or violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Partial months are not refunded upon cancellation.

3. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you normally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days. However, by purchasing a digital subscription and starting to use the Premium features (e.g., exporting videos without watermarks), you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or accessed.

Notwithstanding this, we honor our 7-day money-back guarantee mentioned in Section 2 for all users.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@zest4ad.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. We aim to process refund requests within 5-10 business days.
